进口不锈钢阻火器安装方法：
1.摘除所有法兰保护盖和抛弃所有包装材料。
2.检查阀座表面的配套法兰垫片。它必须是清 洁、 平整、 无划痕、 耐腐蚀、 工具痕迹。
3.检查垫片;确保材料是适合于应用的。
4.用适当的螺纹润滑剂润滑所有螺柱和螺母。如果紧固件是高温或不锈钢材料使用反抓住化合物如二硫化钼。
5.螺栓环内垫片。
6.设置阻火器壳体法兰与管线法兰对接，要注意阻火元件的提升手柄与顶螺母位置，方便未来摘除阻火器的元件。
