进口防爆阻火器产品描述：

美国《LAINE》莱恩--进口放爆阻火器产品由芯件和壳体两部份组成，芯件是核心，是由两层超薄的不锈钢带。一条被压成波N形，另一条平面钢带则将它围绕圆心紧紧缠绕而成。从而构成无数个端面，是小三角形直通流道，而且在芯件内部有一个+字结构的支架(或在表面压上丫形架)借以增强芯件的牢靠性，避免芯件被点燃的介质所产生的爆炸压力冲散。介质从三角形狭道中通过，阻火器也正是通过它来阻止火焰在管道中的蔓延，其原理为“器壁效应”，就是火焰与器壁的碰撞进行能量转换，降低了温度。以此原理来设计三角形孔的高度阻止火焰的通过。再加上足够的流道长度来吸收火焰的热量。使其在芯件中熄灭，避免了气体在芯件的另一端被复燃的可能性。
