美国《LAINE》莱恩--进口对焊式管道阻火器是适用于石化、化工、轻工等行业的可燃气体运输过程中的安全装置。阻火器有阀体和芯件两部分组成。通过芯件来阻止火焰在管道内蔓延,其原理为“器壁效应”,就是火焰与器壁的碰撞进行能量转换,减低了温度,使其在芯件中熄灭避免了火焰在芯件的另一端复燃。是用来阻止易燃气体和易燃液体蒸汽的火焰向外蔓延的安全装置。设计阻火内件时,是根据不同混合气体的介质、气体的组分、压力降、长径比、弯头数量来设计MESG值并达到一定阻火速度值的有规则填料。当火焰进入阻火器后,被有规则的阻火元件切割成许多细小的火焰流,由于传热的作用和器壁效应,进入的气体被冷却,使冷却的气体达不到着火温度,没有着火温度就不能形成燃烧,终使火焰流猝灭,从而达到阻火目的。

When the flame enters the flame arrester, it is cut into many small flame streams by regular flame arresters. Due to the effect of heat transfer and wall effect, the entering gas is cooled, so that the cooled gas can not reach the ignition temperature. Without the ignition temperature, it can not form combustion, and finally the flame stream is quenched, so as to achieve the purpose of fire resistance.
